You can use all iCMS features and connectors with any of the plans. There is no limit on bandwith, API calls, content objects, projects, etc. Service Level Agreement: Our standard SLA guarantees an uptime of 99.5% for all web services and API interfaces. If needed, you can upgrade to mission-critical status with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.Training: In the first month of your subscription we offer online training with our consultants, to assure you get the most out of iCMS. During these sessions we get to know your individual business case and, based on this, can provide advice on how best to use iCMS. During this month we also provide a higher level support and shorter response time.Support: Our standard support response time is 48 hours. During your first month training period response times are 24 hours or less. Support for On-premise license is included in the price for the first year, and 15% of your license price thereafter.Customization is also available with the On-premise license. It can be performed upon request by us, or by the client’s programmers or their external contractors.Storage: If running in our cloud, there is a storage limit of 100Gb per publisher. That’s enough for more than 100.000 textual articles and a media library. If you need more, please contact us. Our basic price for additional cloud storage is 1EUR/Gb.
